Policy
Booking Policy
Advance Booking: We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure vehicle availability.
On-Demand Services: Subject to vehicle availability, bookings can be made instantly via our app, website, or helpline.
Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed via email, SMS, or the customer portal, and include trip details, fare breakdown, and vehicle information.
Cancellations: Customers can cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before the scheduled trip without incurring a penalty (refer to Cancellation Policy for details).
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Free Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the trip are eligible for a full refund.
Partial Refunds: For cancellations made 3–12 hours before the trip, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
No Refunds: Trips canceled less than 3 hours before departure are non-refundable.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Payment Policy
Payment Options: We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and cash.
Advance Payments: Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the trip type.
Invoice: A detailed invoice will be provided post-payment for transparency.
Late Payments: For corporate accounts, payments not cleared within the agreed-upon terms may incur a late fee of 2% per week.

Passenger Conduct: For the safety of all passengers, disruptive or unlawful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate trip termination without refund.

Operational Hours: Services are available 24/7, including weekends and holidays.
Weather and Road Conditions: Delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, such as bad weather or road closures, will be communicated promptly.

Corporate Accounts: Companies can register for special travel packages, recurring bookings, and bulk discounts.
Group Bookings: Large groups must provide passenger details in advance for efficient coordination and compliance with local transport regulations.
